Returns & Refunds


We offer all our Customer's a 30-day money-back guarantee
on all our products. If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it for a refund. Please note that if you ordered by Credit Card and return your item, you will be refunded, minus 4% of the total transaction fee. This is to cover the Credit Card charge that Visa and Mastercard charges us. This policy will apply to all orders placed on/after June 1, 2004.

There two “reasonable” restrictions?

  1. You have to return the cartridges that you want replaced or your money refunded and they must still be at least 80% filled. See our Quick Return Directions.

     
  2. If YOU make a mistake and order the wrong cartridge, you are going to have to pay for shipping the cartridge back to us, but do not worry we will foot the bill to re-ship you the correct cartridge.  Quick Return Directions.

    1. In order for us to process your return effectively, you must obtain a  Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)  before sending anything back. To request a RMA, simply fill out  our Customer Care Form at the bottom of this page.

       
    2. Along with your RMA, you will be issued a FREE pre-paid postage mailer for sending back your cartridges. Note, as described in our two restrictions, if you made a mistake and ordered the wrong cartridges, we don’t pay for return shipping, but we will pay to ship you the correct cartridges.

       
    3. Please be sure to use your FREE pre-paid mailing mailer. In order to keep our prices low, we have automated our processes, so if you don’t use the pre-paid return label it can considerably delay the processing of your refund or replacement.

       
    4. It is our policy that all returned cartridges must be at least 80%  filled. We feel that this gives everyone a fair test of the quality of the product. Unfortunately in our experience some people have used the entire cartridge and then sent it back asking for a refund. If a returned cartridge is less than 80% filled we will e-mail you. If you want the cartridge back you will have an opportunity to make payment arrangements for us to ship it back to you.

       
    5. Also all non-defective products must be returned in the packaging in an as-new condition.

       
    6. Since we have found that some people will not return the merchandise once they have received their replacements, we have to have a policy that replacement cartridges will not be shipped, or refunds/credits will not be made, until the products being returned are received by us. If you need your replacements right away we suggest you ask for a refund and place a new order. Your new order will be processed immediately.

       
    7. Please allow up to 24 hours to process your return from the time it reaches our Returns Department. All credit requests will be completed within 7 business days, but please note that it may take your credit card bank up to 30 days to apply your credit. Please note that we have no control over how long the credit card company takes to credit the refund to your account after we submit the data to them, but we do whatever we can to expedite the process.

 

Note: RMA numbers typically take between 24 and 48 hours to complete, so please be patient when waiting for yours!

 

Make sure to fill out the form and receive the e-mail confirmation before sending back your product. All requests for return authorization must be made within the 30 days of the warranty period. Product(s) authorized for return must be returned with all original packaging, manuals and accessories in good condition. All RMA numbers issued by AllThingsInk.com are valid for ten (10) days. All returns must be received within this period. Late or incomplete returns may be subject to refusal. RMA numbers will NOT be extended or reassigned. Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances.

 

* Please note that if you send a product back from an Overseas Country (that is any Country that is not Canada) and you need to declare any Customs Value, please make sure you indicate that this is A DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE RETURN and put down the Customs Value as $1.00. We will not accept any package returned to us that has a declared Customs Value greater than $1.00.
